Real 18K gold, hallmarked

Every Dubai Gold Jewellery piece is made from 18 karat gold: 750 parts of pure gold in every 1,000, alloyed with other metals so the jewellery is strong enough to wear every day. Each piece carries the 750 hallmark, and every order comes with a certificate of authenticity.

How the price is calculated

Gold is priced by weight. The price of each piece is the day's 18K gold rate per gram multiplied by the weight of the piece, plus a making charge for the design and craftsmanship. The weight is shown on the product page, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Manufacturing warranty

We cover manufacturing defects (a faulty clasp, a loose stone, a weak solder joint) for 6 months from delivery. Normal wear, scratches, dents and damage from misuse are not covered.

Finishes and stones

Any surface finish, plating or stone is always stated on the product page, so you know exactly what you are buying.

Caring for gold

• Keep each piece in its own pouch or box so chains and stones don't scratch other pieces.
• Take jewellery off before swimming, the gym or applying perfume and creams.
• Clean with lukewarm water and a drop of mild soap, then dry with a soft cloth.
