Returns & refunds

Gold is a considered purchase, so you should be sure of it. If the piece isn't right for you, return it within 14 days of delivery and we refund the full amount you paid — the price is fixed at checkout and does not change with the gold rate afterwards.

Conditions

• The item is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging, with the certificate of authenticity.
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived faulty.
• Personalised or engraved pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to return

1. Message us at [e-mail] or WhatsApp [number] with your order number.
2. We arrange a free pickup from your address in the UAE.
3. Once we receive and check the item (usually within 2 business days), we refund you.

Refunds

Returns are free. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days: cards via the bank, Tabby and Tamara by cancelling the remaining instalments, and cash-on-delivery orders by bank transfer.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours and we'll replace or refund it at no cost.

Ring size exchanges

Wrong size? We exchange unworn rings for another size free of charge within 14 days, subject to stock.
