• To process, deliver and support your order.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
• With your consent: to measure and improve the site and our advertising (Google Analytics, Google Ads).

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the store: payment providers (Stripe, Mamo Pay, Tabby, Tamara — instalment providers run their own identity and credit checks and receive your name, phone, e-mail, address and order details), delivery partners, our hosting provider and, with consent, Google. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as UAE tax law requires (currently 5 years); other data is deleted when no longer needed.
